At Whischat , your satisfaction is our priority. If an item doesn't suit you, we have a clear and simple return policy to guide you through the process.

Return Conditions

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return an item that does not satisfy you.

We ask that you comply with the following conditions:

- The item must be in its original condition : unworn, unwashed, with its tags and in its original packaging .

- Proof of purchase must be attached so that we can process your request quickly and efficiently.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, some product categories cannot be returned, including:

- Personalized cat clothing/accessories

- Sale items

- Gift cards.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, simply contact us at boutique@whischat.com specifying:

- Your order number ,

- The items concerned by the return.

Once your request has been validated, we will provide you with all the necessary instructions to return the item to us.

Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error is ours (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).

Return Processing and Refund

Upon receipt of your item, we will inspect it carefully. If the return is accepted, we will inform you promptly and process the refund via your original payment method within 7 to 9 business days .

Defective or Damaged Item

If you receive a damaged or defective item, don't worry. Contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you, at your discretion, a replacement or a full refund.

Customer's order error

If the customer made a mistake during their purchase (wrong item, size, or color), we do not issue a refund. However, we offer a credit in the form of a promo code or gift card , corresponding to the amount of the initial order. This credit is valid for a future purchase in our store for a period of 6 months . It is personal, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions.

If the amount of the new item chosen is greater than that of the credit note , the difference must be paid by the customer when placing the new order.

Initial Delivery Charges

Please note that the initial shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
